Hosted IVR /Multi-level IVR

Hosted IVR and Multi-level IVR means that a call will take place and automatically will be answered and then the IVR will give the option to the user for choosing the department.
Department could be sales, support, technical, etc. for the call center solutions that are related.
Multi-level IVR is used by the organization for giving a lot of information by selecting the Level of IVR which will be decided by an organization where there can be a sales team or other teams for support.

How to use

Hosted IVR in Cloud Call Centre is used by the users by log in from the dashboard and then from here you go to the service section and select the IVR option the manage the IVR and then deciding the IVR Flow from here and you can select anything according to your needs.
