These are some of the features for the messaging which are there but not common is also different but in nutshell, CloudShope provides more feature but features like more Internationally sending of the messages is different from the CloudShope.
Here is a quick brief of every feature and how it is different and how they are useful to each other.
1. SMS Integrated API
SMS integrated API is a feature which is available in both of the organizations.
SMS API is a code made for the communication between the customer’s server and to do automation in the servers and automatically send the data and interprets itself the use.
So it helps is the faster response time and also helps in the transactions of the messages.
CloudShope also gives the customized API according to customer needs.
2. SMS Attachment
SMS Attachment is a feature comes only with the CloudShope and is a unique feature and give nicer indent to the user experience of the message because you can send a lot of things like Photos, Brochure, Newsletter, etc. which is automatically gets converted to a beautiful URL which can be opened by the user and can be opened at any time.
You just need to upload it to CloudShope servers from your dashboard.
3. Scheduling
Scheduling is a feature in the market but is not provided by the Exotel according to their website. CloudShope provides this feature and it very simple to use.
From your Dashboard, you can assign the Date and Time in which you need to send the Bulk SMS and you are through.
4. Sender ID (Customized)
It is a common feature and has no difference in both of the organizations since TRAI has a set Rules.
Sender ID is An ID given to the messages. It is an alternative to the number which are shown and the customer can decide the Sender ID According but can only decide it to 6 words limit.

5. Internationally Available
Internationally Availability is a USP of Exotel and is not available by the CloudShope.
Simply means that you can send the messages to the user worldwide.
6. Reporting
Reporting is a feature Common between Both of the organization and is useful to give the analysis and Real-time reports of the service to the user.
It helps in tracking by delivery and how many messages got failed.
7. Dedicated Gateway
Dedicated Gateway helps in the security of the messages and the speed in which a message is prioritized Normal, Promotional, Enterprise method.
The dedicated Gateway is an exclusive feature and is only supported by the CloudShope.
8. SMS Receive
SMS Receive is a feature in which one can reply to that message online from the dashboard where the replies are saved and it helps in the Bulk SMS to reply from the dashboard to the Customers.
It is a special feature and is available with CloudShope.
9. Languages
Bulk SMS in CloudShope can go in any language but the user needs to provide the content but one can take help from the CloudShope team for better support in terms of language and can also can get some pre-recorded messages from us in English, Hindi, etc.
10. Promotional SMS, Transactional SMS(TYPES)
Promotional SMS
These are the two types of messages in which is provided by both of the organizations.
Promotional SMS is a message which can only transfer through the number which does not have a DND (Do not Disturb).
Transactional SMS
Transactional SMS mean which can be sent to any of the user whether the number is DND OR NON-DND we can send the message to any of the users.
This service is provided by both of the organization and is something which is needed to send the
