Installing the extension


The Cloudshope Zoho extension can be installed from the Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account.

  1. Log into your Zoho Crm account with Administrator privileges.
  2. Click the Setup icon () in the top bar.
  3. Under Marketplace, click All.
  4. Search for 'Cloudshope Zoho Extension' in the search bar on the right.
  5. Select the Cloudshope Zoho Extension and click Install.
  6. In the Cloudshope Zoho Extension Installation Setup page, select profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
  7. Agree to the Terms of Use and click Install.
  8. Click Authorize, then select the portal that you want to install the extension in.
  9. Authorize your Cloudshope account by clicking Authorize in the pop-up.

Once the extension has been installed successfully, it can be accessed from the right panel of the lead detail page.


Accessing the extension from the right panel

When you access the extension from the right panel, you can do the following:
  1. Schedule Bulk Voice Call
  2. Schedule Bulk SMS
  3. Push Leads to Dialer System
  4. Whatsapp

To schedule Bulk Voice Call:-





  1. Open the Lead page and select the leads on which you want to send bulk voice call.
  2. Click the Bulk Voice Call button in the right panel.
  3. Select the voice clip which you want to send the customer.
  4. Click on the Submit button.

    5. The voice call will be scheduled and you can check the detail report in cloudshope portal by clicking on Report Menu.

To schedule Bulk SMS:-





  1. Open the Lead page and select the leads on which you want to send bulk sms.
  2. Click the Bulk SMS button in the right panel.

  • 3. select the sms template(Added in cloudshope panel) which you want to send .
  • 5. Click on the Submit button.

    • The sms will be scheduled and you can check the detail report in cloudshope portal by clicking on Report Menu.

To Push data to Dialer:-





  1. you have to submit a dialer campaign from cloudshope panel.
  2. Open the Lead page and select the leads which you want to schedule dialer. Click on the Push Data to Dialer button..


  • 3. Choose your camapign(Scheduled from cloudshope panel) in which you want to push data from zoho.

  • 4. Click on the Submit button.

  • 5. Leads will be pushed in the dialer campaign and you can check the report in cloudshope Portal.

  • 6. your data will be pushed to dialer campaign and your agents can connect wiht these leads automatically.

To Send Whatsapp:-





  1. Click on Whatsapp Button.
  2. Your whastapp chat will be open in new tab.

Uninstalling the extension


  1. Click the Setup icon () in the top bar.
  2. Click All under Marketplace.
  3. Click Installed Extensions.
  4. Cloudshope Zoho Extension from the list of extensions.
  5. Click the More icon (...) in the upper-right corner of the Cloudshope extension setup page.
  6. Select Uninstall Extension.
  7. Click Confirm.
