About:

The Pirates of Grill invites all the pirates in the area to come together for a meal that will make them want to steal. Its menu is made up of North Indian dishes from continental Europe as well as Asia; it also includes Mediterranean fare too. However, what sets the Pirates of Grill apart is its collection of entrees.
One unique aspect about them is their modern-day decor with brown and coral colored walls while having several places where one can sit such as a tall coffee table set up in front of high chairs. Presently, Pirates of Grill operates lines based in Delhi as well as surrounding towns like Gurgaon among others including Noida, Lucknow, Jammu, Ludhiana, Jalandhar & Chandigarh.

Challenges Faced:

Marketing is a big task for an established food chain restaurant to manage , and to manage that marketing is even a bigger task. Pirates and Grills experienced problems in managing their call flow efficiently especially as handling inbound calls involved customer orders/ booking and reservation inquiries which was time-consuming and increasingly complex.
