Get the call report

Paginated, filterable list of outbound calls placed on the account.

POSThttps://nextgenpanel.cloudshope.com/api/v1/outboundCallApis/getOutboundCallReport

Returns outbound call records for the account, most recent first. search matches the report id (exact) or either number involved; filter narrows by date range, status or agent.

A request body is optional — omit it (or any field) to get the first page with no filters.

Errors on this endpoint return { "success": false, "message": "…" } or { "status": …, "message": "…" }, not the standard problem shape.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer <token>. Any valid API token for the account works.

Body parameters

`pageSize`	integer	No	Rows per page, capped at 100. Defaults to `10`.
`search`	string	No	Matches report id, `to_number` or `from_number`.
`filter.from_date`	string · IST date/time	No	Start of the date range, e.g. `2026-09-01 00:00:00`.
`filter.till_date`	string · IST date/time	No	End of the date range.
`filter.status`	string	No	Comma-separated statuses to include.
`filter.agent_id`	string	No	Comma-separated agent ids to include.

Errors
