Get the click-to-call report

Paginated, filterable list of click-to-call bridges placed on the account.

POSThttps://nextgenpanel.cloudshope.com/api/v1/clickToCallApis/getClickToCallReport

Returns click-to-call records for the account, most recent first, with both legs' status and answer time. search matches the report id (exact) or either number; filter narrows by date range, status or agent.

Same request shape as the Outbound Call report — page / pageSize / search / filter.{from_date,till_date,status,agent_id}.

Errors on this endpoint return { "success": false, "message": "…" } or { "status": …, "message": "…" }, not the standard problem shape.

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer <token>. Any valid API token for the account works.

Body parameters

`search`	string	No	Matches report id, `to_number` or `from_number`.
`filter.from_date`	string · IST date/time	No	Start of the date range.
`filter.till_date`	string · IST date/time	No	End of the date range.
`filter.status`	string	No	Comma-separated statuses to include.
`filter.agent_id`	string	No	Comma-separated agent ids to include.

Errors
