Data collected by the CloudShope Connect mobile app
Contacts — With your permission, the app reads the contacts saved on your device so you can start a conversation with a saved contact instead of typing a number. Your contact list is never uploaded to our servers. Only the name and phone number of the specific contact you choose to message is sent, in order to create that conversation.
Location — With your permission, and only when you tap the location option in a conversation, the app reads your device's current location and sends it as a message to that conversation. We do not track your location in the background.
Camera and photos — With your permission, the app uses your camera and photo library so you can capture or select images and videos to send as message attachments. These files are uploaded to our servers only to deliver them in the conversation you send them to.
Microphone — With your permission, the app uses your microphone to record voice notes and to carry voice calls made inside a conversation. Recordings are uploaded only when you choose to send them.
Messages — Conversation content you send and receive through the app is stored on our servers so it can be delivered and shown across your devices.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or analytics. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
