How call masking works
A masked call never connects two real numbers to each other. It connects both sides to a proxy number instead — your agent dials the proxy, the platform bridges it to the customer, and the call display on both ends shows the proxy, not the person behind it.
That is the whole mechanism: nobody learns a number they were not already given. An agent who leaves, a delivery run that ends, or a lead that goes cold does not leave either side holding a number that still works.
It is set up on your account as part of your dialer or IVR configuration — talk to sales about which of your number flows should route through a mask.

A one-time charge covering number provisioning, DLT and account setup on the service you buy. It is billed once per service, on your first purchase of it, and appears as a separate line on your GST invoice.
Payments are processed by Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. CloudShope never sees or stores your card details. A GST invoice is issued automatically once payment is confirmed.
